I said I wasn’t going put this out on the Android Marketplace until I knew it was going to be something people were going to use. Well, in the last couple days I’ve seen the traffic here steadly increase by an average of an additional 10 people every day, most all of them looking at the Android Scripture pages. There is one additional change I want to make to the app to make it easier to navigate while reading (previous and next chapter buttons) and then I’ll publish the app to the market place. I expect it to be on the market place within the next week, but I can’t be certain because of some work related tasks I have to get done.

Just wondering if android sciptures will be available in spanish version- reina valera version, there are many spanish/evangelicans we would love to see the anroid scrptures in spanish for church activities!
I’ve intentionally make the database and the actual program separate so anybody who wanted to could change what the underlying scriptures were. I do intend to write a utility that will take a ThML or an OSIS formated file and import them into a sqlite database. When that utility is completed you will then be able to read the scriptures in whatever language you wish.
thanks admin for your prompt response, just wondering any time soon that I can download android scriptures to my g1? Looking forward to install
