Well, while watching the State of the Union Address I paused it and it just happened to pause on this frame. In the upper left hand corner look who I saw! Mrs Fredric! Okay, I know that she isn’t for real, but the side view at this angle…she looks like her, in profile at least.

The filigree on the armor (which is everywhere on Skorne models) can be a challenge and I finally gave up. Obviously the drybrush the filigree first technique does not work for me.

Maybe next time I’ll do, red base coat, dry brush filigree, touch up base coat, then detail the model after that.

I managed to get about 5 hours of paining in over that time and in the time painted Stryker. Here’s a pic.

I also used the picture setup to take some shots of figs I’ve done over the last bit, but haven’t had a chance to photograph. They are included below.

The choir I’ve done before, but I think this pic turned out much better.

The Harbinger I did a couple years ago, but just wanted to show her off. I like the model and did away with the with priests that normally hold her down. I just liked the idea of her just floating and not needing the three guys holding her back.

  1. Download the following URL: https://android.clients.google.com/updates/partner/signed-kila-ota-148830.de6a94ca.zip
  2. Rename the download to update.zip on the SD card, and then power off the phone
  3. Hold the Power and the Home buttons until you see a triangle on the screen
  4. Type in Alt-L and Alt-S and wait for the system to update.
  5. Enjoy the new cupcake version of Android.

Looks like I now have some work to do to update Scriptures to the new version.

So, for about a total of 8 hours I managed to crank out two warjacks from Warmachine. I’m not happy with the pictures themselves, and the pictures showed me a couple blemishes I missed (because they were really small), but overall, I’m happy. Two ‘jacks in 8 hours is good for me.

Crud. Essentially its a healthier version of a dump cake…healthier because it doesn’t use any butter, but that’s about it. Other than that, it’s the same.

Line a 10″ Dutch oven with foil and place, in the following order,
10 oz applesauce
8 oz crushed pineapple
1 white cake mix
1 can pie topping (any flavor)
1 small box of Jello (any flavor, that goes with the pie filling)
Don’t stir it, Cook until the cake mix is no longer powdery
